Critical system Errors!?

Some type of problem came. in task manager there is X sign wich turned into ? mark. it keep saying u get infected by spyware. wen i click it some site open. i alredy done scanning from avast and Lavasoft ad-ware but that sign not going .Its like teasing me.PLZ Help to remove it.
