My oncle works in construcion as an independent and he needs his computer to take care of the administration (invoices...). Now he cannot use it because of that problem. He doesn't know nothing about computer that's why he relies on me.

As you can see on the picture (warning from Avast), the virus is an .exe that is located on the 'System32' folder.
I tried to delete it with Avast but the computer shut down. Of course I also tried to find the zufabu.exe by myself, but nothing I could find with that name in the folder 'system32'.
Wait... an .exe in 'system32' that is hidden ?? sCaRy........
What could I do ?
I don't know much about that kind of problem but I told him not to connect his computer to the Internet and if possible not using his computer at all until I find a solution.

Turn off System Restore (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310405 ) Restart in safe mode (http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.s... ) run the scan and delete it from there.
You may have to download HijackThis (http://www.download.com/Trend-Micro-Hija... ) and post it in a tech forum like this one (http://www.techsupportforum.com/security... ) and await answers, or email me and I can see what I can find.
