well i have ca internet suite and i have 224mb of ram so my computer is slow cuase the ca internet suite uses 256 mb of ram i herd avast is the sam as most antivirus ir is the best so is it good for my computer or not and well i be fully protected if you know some more hings that will protect me please tell me and if thier is another solution without removeing ca internet suite please tell me

never use internet suite if u have less system memory, use avast or avg both have free version so try before buy and u can use anti-spyware and firewall like spybot, zone alarm. first one is free and second one has a free edition

Custom made cisco pix 501 should do you. Alternatively I hear firebox are a good make regarding physical firewalls. NAT will help you out too and strict ACL's on your router but yeah underlying it all stick with a pix 501.

It is very lightweight anti-virus protection. If you are using XP rely on the Windows firewall, it is as good as any. Uninstall your current suite. If you use a router they incorporate NAT for address resolution, this effectively prevents any incoming traffic you have not asked for anyway.
download spybot it finds all viruses and bugs and stuff and gets rid of them its free to but it doenst get rid of trojans
