A few monthes ago i had fast internet now i do not. Im using a wireless connection and have tested my connection speed at my office which is VERY fast and my internet speed went up.
I have run virus / spyware scans with no problems found all have been updated with the newest definition files.
Im running avast and adaware as my main anti virus and spyware with AVG antispyware and antivirus as a backup i have disabled the resident scanners and i am stuck.
Im not new with computers so dont talk simple.
any help is appreciated thanks.

It is difficult to troubleshooting these problems blindly.
Are the only computer using the connection or do you have a others in the office or hitchikers using your wireless hub?
Was there an upgrade/downgrade to the ISP or your network adminstrator installed a firewall.
When was the last time the hardware was rebooted?
Have you installed a sniffer on your network?
Does your wireless hub have unauthorized users?
Is your wireless connection a line of sight connection? Did something go up between the two communication points? Did the communitcation points get misaligned? Is there ice on the recievers.
