I have McAfee and Avast Virus blockers running on my comp at the same time right now is that ok?

They will fight each other. I had a terrible time will Zone Alarm and Norton. It's not a good idea.
You need to remove one of those AV programs. More than one AV program will conflict with each other. This conflict will prevent them from providing protection and can cause physical damage to your computer.

AV programs are updated with definitions of known viruses. The definitions have the traits of the virus that distinguish it as a virus. When you have 2 AV's running they see each others definitions, think they are viruses and try to delete each other.

You can and should run more than one Anti-Spyware program for proper protection. AS programs do not conflict.
Not a good idea. Run one and keep it updated. You better not be using this PC for gaming. Even when you turn off AVs to play game, they run files in background, unless you turn them off from taskmanager.
