*** Computer E X P E R T Advise Needed ***?

I was running a scan today with avast! Anti virus and it found a few trojans and bugs. 2 of them where these:

File C:\Windows\msdde.dll

File C:\Windows\msole.dll

Then It said "These files are in a windows folder, are you sure you want to delete"....and since i had the auto virus scan deletion on (in other words, if it found a trojan or a bug, it would automatically delete it)

So , my question is, was it ok that those files deleted? Will have any pc problems in the future?

Thanks

Looks like AVAST did its job. Below is info on each of the two files it detected.

msdde.dll - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups...

msole.dll - http://www.castlecops.com/tk997-Windows_...

You may still want to take some more steps to ensure that the infection has thoroughly been eliminated including doing an online scan. Here are some instructions.

You can also run a free online scan as well as some malware can actually corrupt or disable your resident security products. Here are a few online scans you can run:

Trend - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Panda - http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/Ac...

Norton - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/defau...

Second download, update and run scans using the following products:

SuperAntispyware
