How to get rid of trojan virus?

my laptop infected with trojan virus, %26 i can't get connection from the internet.

the name of files which infected with virus is winscok.dll but when I check, i have no file with name like that. I have file with name winsock.dll. is it the same or not?

i've tried avast but it didnt work and also i can't go back to the system restore
