I dont kno what really happend... I HAVE AVast in my laptop, it detected, I tried to eliminate, and suddenly it appereared many windows if i want to delete the antivirus.. and the machine stopped... and i reboot again and nothing.. the screen says the system didnt off well... if i want to reboot in safe mode.. but nothing.... it appears me a message in blue and again asks me for reboot in safe mod, i am afraid about the diasnogtic of my laptop... it doesnt work anymore

Avast may be corrupted itself. If you can access the Internet from safe mode, go to PC Housecall to scan your machine for viruses.
