Pls how to repair my windows after infected by W32 worm/trojan/virus ?

My computer was infected by a worm W32 and i use avast anti virus to remove it.

But now something strange happen :

- "run" program dissapear from start menu

- when I do right click in my local drive C: or D: in explorer , its show some strange character in context menu

Please help me how to repair my explorer and showing back "run" program.

Avast did the job however by removing the worm it has corrupted your OS, run error checking:

path:start%26gt;my computer%26gt;C:.properties%26gt;tools

then download %26 run:

READ CAREFULLY IN DETAIL

start up in safe mode (F8)

go into the following folders and delete all the contents including folders in there

open windows explorer

kill everything in them, spare NONE !
