Spyware problem?

my laptop is facing a terrible problem. some spyware is there which is not detected by spyware doctor.... its name starts with trojan .. now.. my system is very slow...i have kiero firewall... avast antivirus (of no use)... i restored my system to previous date... so the icon that used to blink on my toolbar stopped ... but system is still slow.... and i m sure restoring computers to previous dates cannot help in getting rid of spywares..

so hope u understood my condition ...(HELP ME)

OK, from what i have read at various times, spyware doctor is a trojan in itself.

Goto download.com and download spybot S%26D, update it and run a scan.

Now some spyware can prevnt you from going to sites like download.com, for obvious reasons, if this happens then goto microsoft.com, navigate your self to their security section, goto live one care and sign up for an online scan, this will do the trick.

after this, reboot your system if microsoft has not already done this automaticaly, go back to download.com and download spybot S%26D and ad-aware and so on, making sure you are adequately protected, turn your firewall on, update to Internet explorer 7, Stay away from mozilla and firefox as they are full of security holes and are more flawed than the makers will lead you to believe.

Set all security settings to default and you should have no more problems.
