Virus-suspicious message alert virus pops up when computer turned on and tries sending out emails it

Got some sort of virus. As soon as the computer is turned on and connected to internet, it tries to send email out to people. Avast anti virus alerts me of "suspicious message". when i press 'dont send', another pop up alert would appear. random emails sent to random people such as john@hersheys.com etc. tried updating and running virus scan, but just wouldnt go away. cant restore my computer to earlier date, wouldnt let me!!



please help me out on how to get rid of this annoying virus.

Download their active "X" as it is 100% safe an is need for their server to perform an indepth scan of your entire system. Can take upto one hour depending on how many files/folders in your system. Well worth the wait as it will find viruses and spyware. Delete, or follow the instructions when completed I recommend that you always reboot after.

Your PC might be infected with adware or spyware. Do an anti-spyware scan and see. If that's not the problem, it might've been in an email you opened and is "invisible" try deleteing some of your emails if it's not spyware or adware
