What is a Win32.Agent.cmn?

I just scanned with Spybot and found 641 entries in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\"\... all camouflaged as rather harmless zip files. I understand it is spy-/malware.

Where does it come from, or rather, through which path do they usually invade?

As security, I have the following:

Realtime:

Avast in normal mode

Comodo Firewall in custom policy mode

Other:

Spybot %26 AdAware 2007

both scan 3 x week. None of the "Win32.Agent.cmn" was found during my last scan less than 48 hours ago.

Any advise, info, suggestions is highly appreciated.

Thx!
