I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
use avast do a boot scan

run spy bot at startup and do a scan
you shouldn't be running two anti-virus applications at the same time, not for real time scanning anyways. You'll find plenty of useful info and applications linked to this page

microsft works is the biggest oxymoron I've ever heard, if it worked, we wouldn't need third party software to keep it uncompromised
Get rid of McAfee for one...its just taking up space on your computer. Go to Grisoft http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl... and download AVG virus scan. Then lavasoft.com and download ADWare SE. Both of these will remove viruses and spyware. Grisoft also has a good malwar/spy/adware program called Ewido.
Try the program ad-aware by lavasoft .
