My computer has been infected by a virus rovmon.exe?

My computer has been infected with a virus becuase of which my computer has gone so slow and i am also not able to remove it though i have spyerazer and avast 4 professional. I cannot open Task Manager and Regedit.

Plz help me someone as i may loose my very important data
