to get rid of it can someone please help how do i get rid of this annoyance ive tried norton s%26d spyware doctor and avast but to no avail there is a icon in task bar that is red with a white cross through it and when clicked says you have virus download a free scan when you press cancel it takes you to a website to download there software (udefender) can anyone please help thanks
