There are many free anti-viruses available for personal use, but not many for business (be it home business). Still, there is the open source ClamWin anti-virus which can be embedded with WinPooch anti-spyware to give real time protection.

Then, there is Comodo anti-virus. This is a very strong anti-virus with lots of features, but it's still it beta. Anyway, I have tested the latest 2.0 beta and it's very stable. Comodo also provides other security products like firewall, verification engine etc. for free.

Another option is Spyware Terminator, a very powerful anti-spyware which can embed the ClamAV guard to provide real time and on-demand protection from viruses and spyware.
