Got a serious problem with my destop right now. I am seeing my background picture keep on flashimg all the time or sometimes it will not do it and go away and my taskbar keeps on moving disappesring all the time. I yanked a virus off of here Torjan\worm. Virus scanner detected and I had to delete it. I used windows defender and it dected a virus Tojan only this time. I also used spyware terminator and it yanked 4Torjan\worm adware something and couple of others but can't remeber what. I have tried to format my hard drive by putting in the disk but it is telling me that a file is corrupted and can not read it WTF. Can I stick it in as slave drive and format it that way to try and get rid of the virus that way or what? What do you really think I should do? Oh yeah I'm using Windows Xp Home Service pack 2 2002 . Avast Virus Scanner. I also put a key generator on here to change the windows key scanned it for virus but nothing came up. When I installed it still nothing.
