When i run adware scan it comes back with more and more process modules and my pc is slow please hel

my pc is slow at start up and when i try system restore it only lets me go to the month that we are in and i tried the defrag and disk clean up and i ran avast want to fix problem can someone please help

Ok, stop doing system restores and defrags. This isn't going to help your problem it's going to confuse how to solve the problem.

1. Download CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/

2. Download Ad-Aware and SpyBot from http://www.download.com/ This will help with removing adware.

3. Disconnect from the internet.

4. Install and Run CCleaner. This will allow you to clean off caches and extra information that is all over your computer. This is the first thing to start getting your computer working. You need to have a clean working space (just like in real life) to get things working.

5. Install and run Ad-Aware.

6. Install and run SpyBot

7. If you are still having problem, then you'll need Anti-virus software. You can run to the store and pick up one. However, if you are at this step, then you'll want to take your computer in.
