If it is what I think it is, I don't need it. I already have CCleaner, Avast, and Comodo.

Starware is a specific kind of adware. Like adware, starware serves advertisements without permission and is often packaged with spyware. GET RID OF IT. Our great, GREAT friends at Symantec.com (makers of Norton Anti Virus Software) have quite a lot of info on it and most importantly how to remove it.
